What types of items can be embroidered?
We embroider hats, beanies, polos, sweatshirts, hoodies, jackets, bags, blankets, and select specialty items. If you’re unsure whether your item can be embroidered, just ask!
Do you provide the garments or can I bring my own?
We offer a wide range of quality garments, but customer-supplied items may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Please note: we are not responsible for issues that occur on customer-supplied items.
What is digitizing?
Digitizing is the process of converting your logo or artwork into a stitch file that an embroidery machine can read. This is a one-time setup per design.
Is there a digitizing fee?
Yes. Digitizing fees vary depending on design complexity and stitch count. Once digitized, your file can be reused for future orders.
What is your typical turnaround time?
Standard turnaround is typically 2-3 weeks after proof approval and payment. Larger orders may require additional time. Turnaround time may vary depending on current workload at the time.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush orders may be available depending on current production capacity and may include an additional fee.
Is there a minimum order?
No, there is no minimum order for embroidery.
What factors affect embroidery pricing?
Pricing is based on garment type, stitch count, placement, quantity, and digitizing (if needed).
How do I wash embroidered items?
Turn garments inside out, wash cold on a gentle cycle, and tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because embroidery items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an error on our end.
How do I place an order?
Submit a quote request through our website with your garment details, desired quantity & as much info as possible. We’ll follow up with pricing and next steps within 48 hours.
What file types do you accept?
We prefer high-resolution PNG, PDF, SVG, or AI files. But we can make almost any image work, send over what you have!
